Savings which customer achieved was enormous. With micfil filtration all oil was cleaned below ISO 4406 stardard (better than new oil) and that fact enable customer to use same oil for no limited time in the future. That means no need to stop turbine or to take out oil from tank for cleaning. Micfil filtration system clean and filtrate oil continuously in bypass.

Instead of buying new oil customer decided to install micfil filtration system (which take out all particles bigger then 0,5 microns and remove all water content in hydraulic oil). Triveni steam turbine with 12.000 litres of hydraulic oil after 5 years of use due to oil analyse needed replacement with new hydraulic oil.
